Ep.014 Mid Year Check In
It is time to pull our your New Years resolutions and or goals to review them.
We are at the 6 months mark now that we have entered July and it’s a perfect time to reassess where you are with your goals or as Sarita likes to call them, desired declarations.
In the beginning of 2023, Sarita lead us through a process where you can set your intentions for the year and what you desire to create and call in via your goals. It is important to have a emotional connection with these goals or else they will be much harder to start or even complete.
It’s a perfect time to evaluate if you are still on board with these goals and if they still resonate with you. You can start my asking yourself
- What worked in the last 6 months?
- What did not work in the last 6 months
- How can I show up differently in the next 6 months?
