Sarita Buer (00:00)
beautiful soul and welcome back to Back to Here with Sarita, the new manifesting paradigm podcast. I'm your host Sarita. As always, it's amazing to have you here. As you know, I am a Latina digital nomad and manifestation coach for women who are done trying to manifest from their ego and ready to reclaim their authenticity, their nervous system and their power.
If you're catching this episode on YouTube, you will see that I'm extra relaxed today. I'm wearing sweatpants. I'm wearing a t-shirt. This is the vibe of today. The lighting isn't exceptional either. The place that I'm staying doesn't have a lot of natural light, unfortunately, but fortunately, it's such a beautiful, cute little home and there are a lot of trees that are surrounding the area, which makes me feel like I'm kind of in my own little personal forest here.
It makes it really, really nice for sitting out on the porch and sipping tea or hanging out right here in the living room area, just kind of looking out and enjoying the wildlife that's happening right outside the window. Where I'm staying is in Nashville, Tennessee, very close to Vanderbilt University. My travels have taken me all around the South. And if you are not following me on social media, I definitely invite you to do that because...
I post a lot more frequently there so you can keep up with the more day-to-day updates and also the things that I'm going through, not to mention just seeing really beautiful pictures that I take as well. So you can follow me at Sarita Wellness, both on Instagram, that's more the business page, and then TikTok. I've really started to create a lot more videos on TikTok as well, just to kind of share the lessons that I've been learning more day-to-day. Also, I do tarot card readings there.
I share moonology, I share manifestation hacks and tricks that I've personally used along the road while I've been traveling. So as you know,
started in San Diego back in May and I've been traveling everywhere in United States as I like calling it manifesting my way across the United States. And so this situation where the lighting isn't idyllic is a gentle reminder to me to invest in
some better lighting. And so I get to do some research on what that looks like because
all the things that I find important, I threw into my car. And since I left in May, I've actually let go of a lot of things as well. So what I essentially took at the beginning, I've let go of a lot more things. So when I do look into lighting, I do need to find ones that are going to be very compact and easy to transport.
because I am unloading and reloading my car constantly from all the different places that I am staying. So yes, too come, better lighting, but as we are just navigating this particular episode, which is actually all about authenticity, this is who I am today. I am coming as just the authentic version of me, which is pretty exhausted and tired. The eclipse season has commenced, and so it's just doing...
an impact on my sleep and my energy levels,
but that doesn't mean that I don't get to create and be in my authenticity coming here with you today to share with you some things that I've been personally reflecting on when it comes to authenticity.
Today's episode is going to be a very, very short and sweet, and I know this episode is exactly what your soul needs, especially as we move into eclipse season.
Eclipse season, when this episode drops, is about one day in. It commenced September 7th and actually goes through September 21st.
And honestly, want to say this portal of time is absolutely no joke. It's about setting intentions. It's about surrendering. It's about letting go. It's about forgiveness work. It's revealing what's real.
It's letting the inauthentic versions of you completely fall away.
But this episode is not really about the eclipse. It's more a short reminder about authenticity and the nervous system and why manifestation gets to be easier when you actually stop abandoning yourself.
I want to start with a truth that hit me a while back before I commenced my nomadic travels and that is that we do not incarnate into this life with authenticity afraid. Our authenticity aspect of ourself is not afraid of anything.
Meaning we came here with a purpose, with a soul blueprint, with an energetic signature. Our soul made a contract to be authentically ourselves. And your truth is not something that you need to actually go and find somewhere or find in yourself. It's actually something you already own and you already are.
I learned this the devastatingly hard way when my body started to speak to me over and over again and I refused to listen to it back in 2013, which actually led me to be an insomniac for almost five years straight.
Reflecting back on it now, I didn't realize this at the time, but I was too busy playing the rules to somebody else's game. Society's rules and expectations, what my family expected from me, my mother expected from me, and I got so disconnected from my authenticity.
And this is what happens. We end up playing these roles. We're obsessed with role playing and we pick up these strategies from other people in society. We try to become palpable and successful and accepted and seen all because we feel like it's going to support us and help us to get the things that we actually desire. But let me remind you something that I learned the very hard way is that all of that, all of that energy
that we are doing to keep up a facade, to keep up an image, to keep up an identity is taking enormous, and I mean enormous amounts of energy. It takes a lot of energy to maintain an identity that is not true, that is not congruent to who we are as a person.
Quite literally with every move like this, every decision, every energetic.
investment, you are leaking energy. You are betraying yourself. You're betraying the energy that you are, the person that you are, and you're moving farther and farther away from your ability to manifest with ease.
So take it from me, somebody who has been there before. I learned the very hard way that every single time you say yes when your body is screaming no, and every time you shrink yourself into a relationship, a situation, an experience just to keep the peace, to maintain balance, every time you override that gut feeling because your mind is telling you logically something different.
Quite literally with every single experience like this, you are leaking energy. You are betraying yourself.
you are actually moving farther and farther and farther away from your ability to manifest with ease.
If you've been following my journey for a while on this podcast and also on my social media, you know that my post breakup story has been all about repairing myself, healing myself, my self love story, my manifestation story. And so I've had to heal this internal energetic map that I had mapped out and utilized for all these years, giving my power, giving my energy away to people because well, one manifestation is that I'm a people pleaser, but I've...
learn to lean into my healing and reconstruct my life now as I'm living as a digital nomad manifesting my way across the United States because I stop subscribing to the belief where people like myself disregarded our authenticity.
I've discovered through a lot of trial and error how my authenticity has supported me and helped me not only becoming the real true version of myself, but also just discovering that I had this aspect of me inside the whole entire time, even though I was looking outside of myself for this sense of completeness, this sense of authenticity that somehow I could find it out there when a reality was inside of me this whole entire time.
Not to mention it was something that was ingrained within me.
And the reason I'm bringing all of this up right now is because it has been on my mind and not to mention eclipse season during these next few weeks really will shine a light on what is not working for you. And what's not working for you is just a sign that it's inauthentic to you.
So really with this full moon in Pisces, the lunar eclipse, I'm not here to tell you to do more. In fact, I'm actually helping support you in conserving your energy. Remember how I said all that stuff is actually taking massive amounts of energy? When you pull back and actually bring your power back, you can feel less tired, less hopeless, feel less uninspired, maybe even numb or
low-grade depressed.
I want to offer this perspective.
You might be tired from holding up a version of yourself that has never been authentic to you to begin with.
Because when you're not living in alignment with your truth, believe me, I know this from personal experience, your nervous system does not feel safe. That was me manifesting the whole dysregulated nervous system and inability to sleep. And I was not able to manifest with ease. I was actually manifesting from a survival
energy.
I am not saying this in any way to shame you. Believe me, I personally have been there. If you are there right now, just be gentle on yourself. We all do this. We have all learned to perform in some way. We have all learned to shape shift, to conform to some kind of way, which is inauthentic to who we are.
But this eclipse season really isn't here for a performance. It's here to strip away all the lies and areas of our
that have been covered with a mask.
It's here to bring the unconscious
to the consciousness. It's not to be ignored. It's what's buried beneath the surface is going to be coming to the surface.
And this is a reminder to myself as well. This is not a time to push. That's the reason I'm in a t-shirt and sweatpants. It is a time to just be present, to listen to the body, your
maybe your fatigue, maybe whatever sensations you're feeling, your truth. It is time for you to listen to all those aspects that you might have been ignoring because you've been leaking that energy and putting it towards areas that are not in congruency with who you are.
I'm suggesting this because this is also a personal reminder to myself because I have been going through the wringer these last couple of weeks. Starting on August 30th, I started developing
really intense upper back pain and neck pain. My head was really tingly. My chest was starting to get really tight and I wasn't really sure what was going on.
And I thought my symptoms were as a result of just
doing some extra activities, going hiking and things like that. And these symptoms really reminded me from the years that I was having insomnia, which was a little bit triggering to me, but I know it wasn't because of the lack of sleep. And I thought it was because I was over-exerting myself doing extra physical activities
trying too hard because I was just kind of going, going, going, trying to see everything in the city that I was
staying in at the time.
And I did a tarot card pull just the other day because I wanted some insight on what was happening with my body symptom-wise.
And what came from that reading was just a reminder that my body is actually recalibrating
to hold and to receive more.
And so this is what occurs when we are upgrading, when we are releasing and letting go and becoming a new and calibrating into something more evolved is that the resilience ends up coming from surrendering and not force.
In that reading, spirit was essentially communicating to me to protect my nervous system
like it is my most sacred asset because our nervous system
is our manifestation filter.
And when we are dysregulated,
we manifest in a level of chaos.
When we are grounded and congruent and in alignment and in our authenticity, that's when we can manifest from a sense of clarity.
And so yes, during this eclipse season, as we enter into the last three months of the year as well, this is just a very strong reminder that you cannot
You cannot hide from your secret desires and you cannot hide from your innate authenticity
because your secret desires are your authenticity.
They're whispers from your higher self and you must not ignore them. I did that for too long.
I became exhausted and disoriented and disconnected because I chose not
tap into my innate desires and listen to my higher self.
And the
And the good news is that you can always return to your truth. I did
After I broke up and lost everything and had $200 in my pocket and I filed bankruptcy and I was sitting on the floor in my room with all my boxes around everywhere,
I chose to come back to my truth.
coming back to my truth after I broke off my relationship and I left my insurance job and...
Coming back to my truth after I broke off my eight year relationship and I walked away from my cushy insurance job and started over again was not the easiest thing.
but I'm so grateful that I did because now I am living the life that I only had dreamed of.
And so this is an invitation during this eclipse season for you to come back to home.
Come back to center, come back to here, the name of this podcast that I always reference. Come back to the place where you feel safe.
you can release identities that were never truly yours to begin with.
were never truly yours to carry.
Authenticity is a requirement. If you want to manifest a
actually feels like yours,
being authentic is the key to unlock all of that.
So if my story resonates with you and this episode resonates with you, I do have further support coming your way. I'm very excited to make this little mini announcement, which I've been kind of playing with in my stories on Instagram.
