Hello and welcome back to another episode of Back to Here with Sarita, the new manifesting paradigm podcast. I am super grateful you're here with me today as always, and wanted to say this is my second to last episode before the end of 2024. I cannot believe how quickly the year has flown by. It was just the other day I was reflecting on this time last year.
where I was getting ready for a trip to Sedona that was super transformational. I did an amazing sweat lodge ceremony and that's how I commenced my new year. And believe it or not, this year has brought so much transformation, it's brought so many growth opportunities, it's brought opportunities to travel, it has been massive. I hope you get an opportunity to sit down and just reflect on how amazing your 2024 was.
And also, what are the things that were breakthroughs for you? What I usually do is I will keep in my notes on my phone different highlights that happened for the year, things that occur that are huge, and I write them down as I go. So by the end of the year, I can reflect back and remind myself some really, really amazing opportunities and breakthroughs that came through. So I wanna direct your attention to the title of this episode.
which is about the "3 steps that will help support you in your visualization of your manifestations". I love visualizations. It's such a great process through the manifestation process. And you can do this after you get really, really clear on the things that you desire. So this is a really good time of year to be doing this. And like I mentioned, 2024 was a very massively
changing year for me. And there are certain things that I personally desire not to take into 2025. And to be able to understand where you are, or excuse me, in order to understand where you are going, you need to understand where you are. That's how a GPS works, right? When you put in the address, the GPS needs to know where you are in that moment so it can tell you where to go. And that's what I love about this.

time of year is getting really clear on the desires and the direction that you want to go. You need to have a little bit of an idea of what occurred over this last year so you don't take those things into 2025. The new year is such a wonderful opportunity to get really clear on your goals, your intentions, your new year's resolutions, your desired manifestations and all the things. And this particular episode will support you in
doing that in a very short episode, I'm going to be going through the three steps that you can do right now to help support you in your visualizations on your manifestations. OK, let's jump in.

The three steps you can take right now to support you in your visualization journey of intentional manifesting is number one, getting clarity and defining your desires. Number two, the power of imaginative visualization. And number three, removing any type of resistance to align with your beliefs.

Okay, let's break down step one, getting clarity and defining your desires. This is the most important process I personally believe that you can do in your intentional manifestation journey. I talk a lot about this in my program, The Bliss Method, that defining, deciding, and declaring the things that you desire will support you in manifesting
those things. And the reason it's so important is because you getting a clear vision of what you desire will also support the universe in delivering the thing that you want. If you are unclear on the thing that you desire or things that you desire to create and to manifest into your life, you come at the universe with a very scattered energy. So the universe doesn't really know what
to bring you. So in order for the universe to actually deliver, you need to get super, super clear on the desires that you want and what it will bring you, what it will provide to you, and what it will give you.

So defining what you truly want is more than just the surface desires. We all desire the love, the money, the safety, all those things, but that looks different for me than it does for you. So the more clear that you can get on what it is that you desire specifically and what it will bring you, how much, when, what does it represent to you, what is the...
impact that it will give you. Let's break down an example. Let's say you desire to manifest more money. You can tell the universe, I wanna manifest more money. And when you say something very generic like that and very surface level, you could be taking a walk outside and the universe will present you 25 cents on the ground. You pick it up and you say, thank you universe.
The universe literally check marks that saying, done. I manifested this thing into Sarita's life that she desired. She said she wanted to have more money. I've even seen memes when people are playing a game and then they end up receiving fake money in a game.

So if you do desire to manifest more money, make sure to get clear on when do you want that money, how much you want that money, what does that money represent for you, what does that money provide you, what will it create for you, what is the impact it will have on you?

Another way that I love to get really clear on the desires that I want to manifest into my life is to write it down. I'm a huge, huge supporter of journaling.
I'm a huge supporter of journaling and I love using journaling as a tool for not only writing down the things that I want to release and let go of and process emotions and feelings, but also it's such an amazing tool in order to script and get really, really clear on the thing that I really, really desire. Gratitude is a wonderful way to collapse time in regards to
becoming the version of yourself that already has the thing that you desire. So when you journal in the way of coming from a place of gratitude and writing down the desire as if you already have it, then you are coming from a place that not only is from gratitude, but also believing that that thing is already here. For example, when you write down, wanna manifest $10,000.
get a lot more clear and say something to the effect of, thank you so much universe, thank you so much source, God, and Turin, whatever you desire, for the $10,000 that I have in my savings account by March 2025. This helps bring in the focus and intention to the gratitude and then also the embodiment of the version of you that already has that thing.

And the final component of getting really clear on your desires is staying really, really open to possibility. I think this is the most difficult part for a lot of people and me included is really trusting the process. When we get really clear on what we desire, we stand in conviction of that thing and we can desire it for the heck of it. It doesn't matter specifically why we want that thing, but also receiving that thing.
is up to the universe how we receive it. So we put in the human footsteps into the desired manifestation, but it is the universe. It's God. It's sources responsibility to come up with the how and being very open to how you're receiving it will align with the highest good for all. So let me put this into perspective. So you understand this.
There was a few years ago when I had broken up with my ex and we were still living together, I needed to move out and I needed to find a new home. So intentionally manifesting a new home was number one on my list. So I did exactly what I teach within my Bliss Method program is getting very, very clear, defining, deciding, and declaring that specific thing that I wanted.
just like I took you in process one in this desired manifestation is what was that thing going to bring me? What was that new home gonna bring me? What was the feeling that evoked when I walked into that home? All the things. So I got really clear on the location of where I wanted to manifest the home. I didn't know exactly what it would look like, but I wanted a warm, sunny, inviting home. I wanted to...
to be in walking distance of the beach of the community that I actually live in. I wanted it to be in walking distance of the job that I had at that time. I wanted it to feel safe. I wanted it to feel warm and inviting. I wanted it to be very well lit. All these different things I got very, very clear on. How it was going to manifest into my life, I had absolutely no idea. I went through the human footsteps of texting a lot of different people.

reaching out to different renters to see if there are places that I liked and nothing seemed to really fit. And one day when I felt completely defeated, I decided that I was just gonna start reaching out to some friends to let them know of this process change in this life change that was happening in regards to me breaking up with my significant other and needing to find a new home, et cetera, et cetera. So I ended up texting the current roommates that I live with right now.
And my intention was not to go over there to ask them to live together or even share with them, like I need to find a new home, but more because they felt like family to me and I needed to have somebody to talk to and let go some of the feelings. When I went over there, it was amazing how everything ended up unfolding. And before I knew it, we had discussed and living together and finding a place in the community that I actually desire to live in.
And not that much later, we found this amazing home, the current home that I live in, and we're able to effortlessly have it happen that we moved in super, super quickly within the next month. So there's an example of me releasing the how I put in the human footsteps of making sure I had my desired manifestation very clear, communicating to the universe, not having scattered energy and trusting the
process completely in that it would come to me for the highest good for all.

Okay, step number two, the most exciting part I believe in this process is the power of imaginative visualization. I love visualization. I'm actually very good at this. In astrology, I'm a moon in Pisces, so I have this very keen ability to be able to imagine and to be able to do things very effortlessly. And I know this isn't effective.

Okay, let's talk about step two, the most exciting part of intentional manifesting, and that is the power of imaginative visualization. I absolutely love visualization. It actually comes to me very, very easily because I'm a very visual person. So you may not be a visual person. You may be a feeling person. You may be a cognitive person. There are many different ways in order to make this happen, and you don't necessarily need to be excellent at visualizing
for your intentional manifestation to actually come into fruition. So utilize this in however can support you in your process and visualizing can totally be a sensation and a feeling. So however it's supportive to you, take what works. And of course, like I teach in my Bliss Method process program, that every single person has a different way of
their process when it comes to manifestation and I support you in creating that so you can get very, very comfortable in your own particular process. So the reason I love visualization so much is because I truly believe it is the bridge between intention and reality. I talk a lot about this in my Bliss Method program about the subconscious mind is literally a projection. Imagine a movie theater that is happening in your life.
and a projection of the things that are subconsciously underneath the surface to reality. So when we are very intentional about what it is that we desire to manifest, we visualize that thing as though it's actually here.

So let's get in a little bit of the neuroscience. I love the nerdy aspect of manifestation. That will help you with your visualization. So the neuroscience behind visualization. When you...

When you imagine something vividly, your brain interprets it as though it's actually occurring. So in other words, your brain does not know the difference between reality and imagination. So let me bring this to a concept that maybe you understand. Have you ever, and I'm sure you have, been in a moment where you are elated and really, happy and you're having a really good time?
And then all of a sudden, some fear creeps in, or maybe an argument that you had with somebody, or you're fearful of something happening to somebody that you love and care for. All of a sudden, your brain starts to race. Your palms might be getting a little sweaty. Your heart rate starts to get a lot faster. It's because your brain is not only imagining what's occurring, but your brain doesn't know that it's imagination.
it doesn't acknowledge or realize that that thing is actually not occurring at that moment. It is that your mind is thinking that it is happening right now when in reality, you're just imagining it happening. So there's an example of how your brain interprets the neural pathways that the thing is actually happening in that moment. So let's take it into a more positive state. When your brain
is under the impression or believing something to be true in that moment, it creates these neural pathways preparing you to take this aligned action. So let's say you desire to manifest a certain amount of money. Yes, you can tell the universe I want to manifest this certain amount of money, but also it will help prepare you to create that money. Take the human footsteps that you need in order to
make that money appear into your reality.

And here's another example for visualization. Top athletes are required to visualize something before it actually happens. Golf players, when they're putting, are visualizing the ball going into the hole. A basketball player is standing at the free throw line and visualizing the free throw into the basket and visualizing that it's actually occurring before it actually happens.
So it's creating the neural pathways in your brain that that thing is going to happen. That thing is already happening.

There was also a study that was done, a Harvard study that was done, that on people that were musicians...
There was also a study that was done on musicians, a Harvard study, that people that are musicians who visualized practicing their instrument, just visualized practicing their instrument a couple hours a day, actually became better musicians because they would visualize themselves actually practicing and working through things. Again, going back to creating the neural pathways in preparing you to take that.

Okay, another component with visualization is making sure to make things sensory.

Another component within visualization is making sure to make things sensory. In other words, what does that visualization provide to you?

Another fun component within visualization is making things sensory, utilizing all your five senses for your visualization. What does that scene look like? What does it feel like? What are you smelling? What are you experiencing? Are you experiencing yourself? Let's go back to the money experience. Are you experiencing freedom? Imagine yourself checking your bank account
hearing the little ding that comes into your bank account when a payment is made. What are the feelings that you're receiving during that moment in regards to receiving that money? What's going on around you? What are the senses? What are the feelings? What are the emotions? What's coming forth?

The more clear that you can get on the actual experience itself, the more you're going to be able to believe that thing is actually going to manifest into your reality.

And the final component, which is the most important, it's not just about visualization, right? Some of us are really a lot better at the visual aspect and not so good at the feeling. And some of us are really good at the feeling and maybe not necessarily the visualization. Both aspects are really, really important. Embodying the feeling of the person, of the version of yourself that already has that thing. Going back to step one.
making sure you're in a state of gratitude, yes, but actually also cultivating the emotion behind the manifestation. It's not just about the visualization, the house or the car or the money, but it's about the feeling. What does it evoke in you? Feel as though it's already yours.

And the last component within the visualization kind of circles back to the scripting part that I brought up in part one.

And the final component of visualization is.

And the final component of visualization circles back actually to step one, which is getting really clear on your desired manifestations, is setting aside time probably around five to 10.

And the last component to the visualization is daily practice. This really circles back to step one with getting really clear on your desired manifestations and getting really, really not only clear, but writing down the things that you really desire because neuroscience proves that repetition is really important when it comes to manifestation or anything, goal setting,
getting confident in the thing that you want to get confident in. Repetition, repetition, repetition. So taking the time, maybe five to 10 minutes a day to sit down, to get really, really clear on your vision, because the shared repetition actually energetically strengths the connection to the desire, and then also, like I said, creates those neural pathways in believing that thing is already yours.

Okay, the last and final step is removing resistance through belief alignment. I think this is a very challenging aspect of the three steps because it is necessary for you to let go.

Okay, the last and final step of the visualization for manifestation is removing resistance through belief alignment. Resistance is the main thing that will delay your manifestation. Energy is in constant flow. It can be neither created nor destroyed. So when energy is blocked, then energy cannot flow, very simply.
So addressing the way in which you can identify and dissolve certain beliefs that may be standing in your way of creating and manifesting that desired intentional manifestation will support you in not only delaying your desired manifestation, but also clear you up in being able to receive.

So like I said, this is an optimal time of year to be doing this, really getting clear on the thing that you desire, the thing that you wanna create and move into in 2025, and then also releasing, releasing, releasing those things, those limited beliefs, those processes, those identities that no longer serve you, so you are in the position of being able to manifest very, very much with ease.
So identifying any limiting beliefs or thoughts that may be contradictory to the desired outcome. For example, if you desire to manifest financial freedom, if you desire to manifest that $10,000 by March 2025, it's very important to release and let go of certain money beliefs, like money's hard to earn, money is very challenging, money is the devil, money is A, B, and C.

One simple way to remove resistance through belief alignment is to reframe certain beliefs. Let's take the money is really hard to earn and reframe it into money flows to me with ease because I create value.

You can also use affirmations with a lot of emotion behind it. Suggestion.

Another way besides reframing your particular belief is that you can also use affirmations to create a more emotional state that will help you in really believing that thing to be true. So for example, let's take that money. Instead of saying money is really hard, reframe it to money flows to me easily because I create value. And then also you can use an affirmation, something to the effect of
I am worthy of receiving the abundance that I desire.

when you use affirmations, it really supports in creating those neural pathways for you to believe that thing to be true.

And then of course, what you can do in tandem while saying your affirmations and reframing those beliefs to help support you in removing resistance through belief alignment is actually releasing through action. Action builds confidence with anything. Have you ever started something brand new and then just done it one time and then given up completely? It's because you haven't built up the confidence level to feel like you can do it with ease.
Time takes practice and practice takes time. No athlete, no Olympic athlete becomes an Olympic athlete overnight. It's because they practice over and over again. That's the important thing about manifestation is taking it as a strengthening muscle and you get to release through action. Taking small aligned action every single day dissolves your doubts around that thing. For instance,
If you are doubting having to manage your money, then you actually need to take the action in order to do small things like budget your money and learn maybe investment or learn how to do certain things that will build up the confidence level to not be so scared about your relationship with money. Taking those aligned action steps is imperative in the intentional manifestation process.

And then finally, circling back to step one and step two, I discussed this already, is surrendering to the process. You need to let go. We all need to let go. Let go of the outcome, let go of the how, because it is not in our control. What we have as our responsibility is getting really, really clear on the desired intention that we desire to intentionally manifest.
communicate that directly, define, decide, declare what we desire to the universe with conviction. And then also we get to take those aligned steps in order to receive the thing that we desire. And most importantly, we get to be open and surrender and being able to receive that desired manifestation and unblock any areas that may be limiting us from receiving that thing we actually really, really desire.
