So before I get into the power of I AM when it comes to manifesting, I wanted to catch you up on some life news.

If you've been following me for a while on Instagram at Sarita Wellness, you will have noticed that I've actually established myself as quite the house and pet sitter.

It's been really, really fun doing this because it's actually expanding my lifestyle from living at the ocean here in San Diego to actually staying in other people's homes by taking care of their homes and taking care of their fur babies. So every time I do this, it gives me the feeling of living alone and actually creating a home wherever I am.
And I absolutely love it because through this experience of being able to travel and stay at other places, I've been able to discover new spots and meet some amazing new people, which is actually something that I love, love doing. And it just fills me up. So you can make sure to catch my adventures. And I post a lot of it on my IG stories and my Facebook stories.

Okay, so we'll actually come back to my travels maybe in the later part of this podcast episode or in other podcast episodes because it really has to do with some of the things we'll be talking about coming up.

So let's talk about the power of I AM. And I think this is actually a really, really good topic for right now because it is still Leo season just for a couple more days. And the energy of Leo is all about the center focus. So it's ruled by the sun. Leo's energy goes really, really deep into the feelings of self -worth, self -love, and especially the I AM.

So when it comes to the power of I am and manifesting, we can go to the very, basics. What we think about and what we are telling ourselves, what we say out loud, what we say to ourselves, needs to be very intentional and we need to be very aware of how we are speaking to ourselves.

So in other words, what we say on the inside and what we say on the outside actually holds so much power. Think of words as spells, as being spells. So whatever you are saying, whatever you are thinking is actually being processed by the universal energies.

So for example, if you have a repeating narrative in your head that life is really, hard and why you do bad things just keep happening to me over and over again, then most likely because the energies of the universe are picking up on that, you will most likely have that happen over and over again. Same with your beliefs around money. If you feel like and you say that you don't have enough or why am I broke, you're going to continually repeat that.

Most recently I found this exceptionally true as I have been really into fitness and looking at my physical body in the mirror and finding things that I dislike about it. I'm sure you've had this experience as well. And I've looked at the mirror and I've thought things in my head like I'm fat.

So when we have these narrative and repeating patterns, of course, it's going to be showing up in our reality.

So one of the things you probably won't be hearing too much about in the manifestation communities and the mindset communities if you're a part of any of this. But for me, listening to my work, you will definitely get access to this.

So one of the things you may not hear when it comes to watching videos on YouTube or being in manifesting communities and mindset communities is about the critical faculty of the brain and it's really really big importance when it comes to playing in our thoughts, beliefs, and behaviors. I kind of see the critical faculty as a bridge between the conscious and our subconscious mind.

this analogy not too long ago and it really helps me understand the critical faculty of the brain a little bit more. Think about a slice of orange, so a half slice of orange, and think about the outside rind as being our conscious mind, the more hard part. And then where the rind actually meets the juicy part, that is the critical faculty. And the inside area, the core, the part that we actually eat, that is our core beliefs.

So let's go a little bit deeper when it comes to the power of I Am. Our core belief system, that juicy part, is created from experiences in our childhood as our mind is being developed. So by the time that we are seven, we have gathered enough information that our outside world has literally created a story within our inside world.

bodies take on 660 million data points per minute. So as we're developing, you can imagine how many seeds are actually being planted in our subconscious from our lived experiences. And the crazy thing about our brain is it is wired to actually be a filtering system. So it'll take useful information and actually trash useless information.

So this means that the filtering system can actually keep and maintain false and incorrect beliefs.
The false or incorrect beliefs will actually cause that conscious critical faculty, remember the outside, to reject ideas that actually could be beneficial to us.

So keeping this all in mind, have you ever had a challenge when it comes to saying affirmations like, am abundant?

Like when you stand in front of a mirror and you say, am statements, have you ever had an issue with those and not really believing them to be true?
Well, I sure have. And affirmations have become a very mainstream process, which are wonderful and great, but I feel like they're kind of like a little bit of a band -aid to try to cover up a thought or belief, and there's a reason why it doesn't work to its full capacity.

And the reason why is because of the critical faculty that I was just talking about. If we're not changing our beliefs on more of the subconscious level, the core belief level, that juicy level I was just talking about, the very thing that we're stating to ourselves on our conscious mind will actually be rejected by us.

I think where the power of I am comes heavily into play is when we make conscious decisions about something. So basically it's like the step before the affirmation process, the affirmative statement processes that we say.

Think about I am as a declaration in the moment when we actually make a decision I decide.

think people kind of forget about this really important step because it really comes down to a decision. Before you start saying your I am statements, there was a decision that you made that you wanted things to change or needed things to change for you to change a mindset about something.
For example, you may feel like super tired and frustrated for feeling sluggish and like overweight. And it's in that moment you decide that enough is enough and you will do anything to actually make a change in how you feel.
And it's in that moment, it's really cool that the trajectory changes in your favor and those universal energies that I'm talking about were actually working completely in your favor to make things happen.

So for example, for me, I was living in the story of the scarcity of money and it being a problem over and over again and manifesting the same exact outcome all the time with my money problems. And it was in that moment that I decided to change and I created that I am changing sentence for myself.

this could be literally anything for you. It's that moment, that conscious moment when you decide, when you make a decision. The power of inter - like the internal power from within takes over and you choose in that moment, I am, to make that shift. And that comes from the core belief completely from your inner power.

Okay, let's get a little bit more exciting here. Let's tie this into manifestation because I absolutely love talking about everything manifesting.

So when it comes to intentional manifesting, meaning what we desire to create or call into our life from the subconscious, the whole...

So let's get exciting and tie this into manifestation. And I love talking about everything manifesting. So this is going to be fun. When it comes to intentional manifesting, which means bringing in what we desire, calling in what we desire into our lives, the subconscious, that juicy part, holds a big part in this particular process. That means that the critical faculty is going to be in
as well. Remember that rind area? That's going to be imperative as well.
So if we're wanting to call in something into our life, to attract something into our life, let's say a significant other, there's going to be a lot of unpacking around those core beliefs around what we think a partner is supposed to be, a partner in crime, not to mention when we do that process, it helps us get a lot more clear in the vision of what we want to create.

So we want to create and what we want to attract is very important. So the question is, how do we actually do this? Well, we create a clear vision by accessing that critical faculty of the brain.
And this is actually step one in my proven manifestation process.
Being able to access a critical faculty of the brain has helped me to manifest a lot of things over and over again.

Without accessing the critical faculty of the brain with this first step, unfortunately it's going to be really challenging or quite challenging to intentionally manifest what we desire because we are actually manifesting from more of a broken subconscious.

So essentially, the power of I Am when it comes to manifesting can really help us level up and it can get us from this negative repeating pattern in our subconscious and creating a new pattern.

So the critical faculty does play a large part in our ability to manifest. And you found out in this episode maybe the missing link that's keeping you from actually manifesting the things that you desire.

The intention of actually accessing the critical faculty is so that you can permeate your core consciousness and bring up what's stuck in the subconscious to consciousness so then you can actually manifest with a lot more ease.
