Dan Chapelle grew up in a hippie commune and his parents were the original entrepreneurs; they were artists. He started in sales selling books door-to-door. After college he took a job on a cruise ship to travel and experience what the world had to offer. He stepped into corporate world and  quickly rose to the executive ranks. He realized he didn't fit into in that role and decided to go on his own and create his own company called the The Wealthy Travel Agent Academy. 

 

Dan is the author of the Amazon best-selling book, “Get Your S.H.I.P. Together – The Wealthy Travel Agent Guide to Sales” and is a regular columnist for Travel Research Online and Agent@Home magazines.

He is in demand as a professional sales trainer, business adviser, author, and speaker with a focus on strategic business development in the travel agency sales channel.
